On-premises AI is becoming the key technology for a sovereign digital state. This talk shows how public authorities can operate AI models in their own data centers and VS-IT environments to securely process speech and text data while protecting sensitive information from leaks. Using a practical example, it demonstrates how minutes, to-dos, and decision bases are automatically generated from video conferences and intranet content.

Er betreut maßgebliche Lösungen wie meetling – die hochsichere Videokonferenzlösung speziell für Behörden – sowie SKiB, eine digitale Plattform zur Unterstützung der offenen Ganztagsbetreuung. Darüber hinaus engagiert er sich in der OSBA als stellvertretender Sprecher der Working Group Security, wo er seine Expertise in sicherer und souveräner IT einbringt.
Emanuel Holzmann is the founder of H2 invent GmbH and responsible for software development. He oversees key solutions such as meetling—the highly secure video conferencing solution designed specifically for public authorities—and SKiB, a digital platform supporting open all-day childcare. He is also involved in the OSBA as deputy spokesperson for the Working Group Security, where he contributes his expertise in secure and sovereign IT.
Peter Rost ist Director Business Development für die zivile öffentliche Verwaltung bei der secunet. Seit seinem Einstieg in die IT-Sicherheitsbranche entwickelt er das Geschäft mit souveränen Verschlüsselungs- und Identitätslösungen für die Endgeräte-, Netzwerk- und Cloud-Infrastruktur der öffentlichen Verwaltung. Davor leitete er das globale Geschäft mit Embedded-Prozessoren und DRAMs deutscher Chiphersteller. Peter Rost studierte in Darmstadt und Grenoble und lebte zeitweise in Tokio. Er engagiert sich in Verbänden und Initiativen, darunter BITKOM, TeleTrusT, OSBA, Plattform Lernende System und CAST sowie der IHK Berlin.
Peter Rost is Director of Business Development for civil public administration at secunet. Since entering the IT security industry, he has been developing business around sovereign encryption and identity solutions for endpoint, network, and cloud infrastructures in public administration. Prior to this, he led the global business for embedded processors and DRAMs at German chip manufacturers. Peter Rost studied in Darmstadt and Grenoble and lived in Tokyo for a period of time. He is actively involved in associations and initiatives, including BITKOM, TeleTrusT, OSBA, Plattform Lernende Systeme, CAST, and the IHK Berlin.
