Most iPad classes fail not because of technology, but due to a lack of structure: unclear responsibilities, missing support concepts, insufficient training, and the absence of standards. We show which factors are essential for successful iPad classes and which pitfalls municipalities should avoid. Jonas Kolbenschlag and Philipp Schied are teachers at a secondary school in Rhineland-Palatinate.
