29.01.2026 , EDU STAGE
Sprache: English

One of the challenges schools face due to the increasing use of digital applications is the associated user management. The City of Cologne, the school authority, offers its schools a service that automatically creates and manages user accounts based on data from the school administration software SchILD. With a focus on the service's architecture, this presentation describes how a school authority can support digitalization in education by relieving teachers of this burden through automation.
